- NISSEI's unique and original high-rigid mechanism against grinding force and heat deformation achieves superior stability of thickness control.

- AC spindle motors are installed for main spindle drive. Thanks to rotation control of main spindles in a moment, it is possible to select: 1. two-sided simultaneous grinding mode, 2. two-sided separate grinding mode, 3. One-sided grinding mode.

- Workpiece feed is driven by AC servomotors, which can memorize optimized grinding positions for each workpiece model. The feed mode during grinding, linear oscillation mode or cycle feed mode, can be also assigned for each model.

- Twin parallel carrier is adopted. Work feed motion at grinding position is independent. Loading/unloading of workpieces are performed within grinding cycle and does not affect cycle time.

- Full automatic dressing device is installed as standard. With rotary truing disks, surfaces of both diamond wheels can be simultaneously dressed.

- As an option, it is possible to equip loading/unloading device with robot and to design pallet stocker utilized for your existing pallets.

- FANUC CNC is adopted for machine control. Necessary grinding parameters are automatically set just by selecting workpiece model on operation screen.

- Customers currently using conventional machine with OD 500mm grinding wheels can continuingly use existing grinding wheels and work carrier.
