- The new model from our horizontal DDG H-series, which adopts high rigid machine bed and main spindle mechanism, is specialized for various connecting rods.

- We listened to the cutomers' voice and needs and developed a machine model which can easily control stepped thickness of conrods.

- The reciprocating carrier is driven by a cam mechanism. This contributes to save a footprint of the machine compared with the conventional gunfeed grinding method by linear motion guide.

- The reciprocating carrier is also rotatable, which enables easy workpiece loading and changeover outside grinding work area.
- For non-coplanar conrods, grinding wheels are stepped at ID side and OD side for different thickness. An acoustic emission sensor installed on the dresser arm detects each ID surface and OD surface of grinding wheels to perform step-control dress.

- Coplanar dress is also possible. Both coplanar and non-coplanar conrods can be processed by the same machine.

- Selecting a preset workpiece model on the operation screen will automatically set grinding parameters, dressing parameters and stepped dimensions of workpiece to the machine.
