Nissei USA Inc. exhibited at IMTS 2024, the International Manufacturing Technology Show held in Chicago, USA, for six days from 9th to 14th September 2024. There were over 1,600 exhibitors and 89,020 registered attendees. We thank all visitors who stopped by our booth.

IMTS displayed machines were:

VP3-400RW is our innovative model, newly adopted automatic loading / unloading system with SCARA robot and 180-degree-indexable carrier with 2 stations that achieves 4 seconds / piece at the fastest. In addition to these updates, the exterior design of machine body and operation panels are also updated.

Our best-selling model V-5P is used for finish grinding of various parts such as bearings and piston rings and can be used for high-precision grinding with diamond / CBN grinding wheels as well as for manpower-saving requirements with various automatic transfer devices.
